Cascina Folletto is a small farm located in the Valle Scrivia, in the heart of Frascheta, between Tortona and Novi Ligure. Andrea, Andreina, and Maria Rosa passionately cultivate fragrant strawberries from Tortona, sweet Folletto strawberries, Merella chickpeas, and Frascheta saffron. They also produce and package delicious preserves in their laboratory that satisfy the taste buds of food lovers. Finally, in their beautiful late 18th-century house, they welcome guests to their Bed & Breakfast for a few days of relaxation, a mountain bike ride in the Parco del Torrente Scrivia, or a tour to discover the culinary wonders of the area.
